Miami Kitchen Incubator is currently accepting applications to our incubator program. Applications for membership are reviewed on a rolling basis with offers extended to “good fit” food startups. If you are interested in becoming a member of MKI, please sign up for a free tour of the facility.

Work station in communal kitchen space with under-storage

WIFI for one POS system.

Requirements
Miami Kitchen Incubator requires three items to get started with our application process:
1) Set Up Your Business- You Must be set up as a recognized business entity with the State of Florida. Articles of Incorporation will need to be provided.
2) ServeSafe Food Manager Certification- You must be currently certified with ServeSafe or applicable food safety training program.
3) Liability Insurance on Your Business- You must carry a liability insurance policy on your food business. You will be required to add Miami Kitchen Incubator LLC to your policy as an additional insured.
- One month’s deposit due upon signing.
*We ask that members be mindful of the workspace and that each one keeps their area and utensils clean. A credit card will be held on file in case any cleaning fees are needed from the member’s kitchen misuse.
